I began my career as a caregiver in 1995. I went on to become a medication technician, a nurse, and a clinical leader for a 300-bed senior living community. That journey taught me what it takes to support residents, families, frontline teams, and the people responsible for leading them.
Today, I bring that perspective to owners and operators who want their communities to run with greater clarity, confidence, and consistency.
